The Reps Fielder — setup

No dashboards here. QuickBooks stays your administration; this page only sets up the three things the engine needs — who your reps are, how they get paid, and (for Desktop migrants) proof that nothing was lost on the way over. Outputs land as statements and journal entries, not charts.

Migrated from QuickBooks Desktop? Start here — we check what the migration did to your rep field.

1 · Rep roster

One row per human. Aliases cover old spellings, initials, class labels. Dropdown-option rows (highlighted) came through the migration as numbers — give them their names back.

1b · Quotas

Per rep per period (YYYY-MM). Fuels attainment multipliers, gates, and attainment bonuses.

2 · Rule cards

How commission is computed. The engine refuses unconfirmed cards.

Advanced knobs (JSON, merged into the card): attainment, gate, rateOverrides, residualDecay, teamScope, payTo, pool, clawbackWindowMonths, onlyItemIds…

2b · Your spreadsheet, translated

The translator reads the commission spreadsheet you stored above, proposes rule cards that express the same plan, and PROVES the proposal by replaying your sheet's own rows and diffing against the numbers your sheet computed. Plans no card can express become a FormulaCard — your sheet itself, replayed on QuickBooks data. Everything lands unconfirmed; you stay the gate.
